**Job Role**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Content Creation and Management**:

- Develop and implement a monthly content calendar for Instagram posts, reels, and stories.
- Create visually appealing, brand-aligned content ideas aligned with business goals.
- **Video Production Oversight**:

- Lead and manage the video production team to ensure high-quality content delivery.
- Oversee the planning, shooting, and editing of in-store videos, product showcases, and customer testimonial reels.
- **Advertising on Meta Platforms**:

- Plan, execute, and optimize paid ad campaigns on Instagram and Facebook.
- Analyze ad performance, track ROI, and adjust strategies for maximum reach and engagement.
- **Customer Feedback Integration**:

- Capture and utilize customer testimonials and feedback to create engaging reels and posts.
- Highlight customer experiences in an innovative and relatable way.
- **Analytics and Reporting**:

- Monitor and report on Instagram analytics, ad campaign performance, and follower growth.
- Use insights to optimize content strategy and ad targeting.
- **Trend Analysis and Strategy**:

- Stay updated with social media trends, Instagram algorithms, and advertising best practices.
- Incorporate trending topics, formats, and hashtags into the content strategy.

**Required Skills and Qualifications**:

- **Technical Skills**:

- Proficiency in video editing software (Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, Canva, or similar).
- Expertise in managing Meta ad platforms (Facebook Ads Manager).
- Basic photography and advanced videography skills.
- **Leadership and Collaboration**:

- Experience managing or coordinating with video production teams.
- Ability to lead creative brainstorming sessions and deliver innovative ideas.
- **Social Media Expertise**:

- In-depth understanding of Instagram and Facebook algorithms, trends, and ad strategies.
- Proven ability to grow social media accounts and increase engagement.
- **Soft Skills**:

- Strong creativity and storytelling abilities.
- Excellent communication, time management, and organizational skills.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and derive actionable insights.
- **Experience**:

- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in social media management, video production, or digital marketing.
- Prior experience in the retail or fashion industry is a plus.

**Salary**:
₹25,000 - 40,000 per month (depending on experience and expertise).

**How to Apply**:
