We are looking for a sincere and creative Social Media Content Creator who can take charge of our digital content production. This role requires strong coordination skills, leadership ability, and hands-on creativity to work closely with our cinematographers, editors, designers, and artists.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Plan, script, and create engaging content for platforms like Instagram, YouTube, and Facebook.
- Maintain and manage a content calendar to ensure timely and consistent posting.
- Collaborate with video editors, cinematographers, designers, and artists to execute ideas smoothly.
- Write compelling captions, short scripts, and video outlines tailored for social media.
- Lead weekly content planning meetings and coordinate the creative team.
- Monitor trends and adjust strategies to enhance reach and engagement.

**You Should Have**:

- Sincerity, discipline, and accountability in work.
- Strong skills in content planning, script writing, and calendar management.
- Basic knowledge of video editing, reels formats, and content structure.
- Excellent communication and team leadership qualities.
- Experience working with creative teams in fast-paced environments.
