Greenway is looking for enthusiastic and talented Computer Science graduates to join our dynamic team. As a product-based company, we are excited to invite graduates to participate in our 5-month Internship Program. This internship offers an excellent opportunity to work on real-world software development projects, collaborate with experienced professionals, and gain exposure to the latest industry practices.

We are aiming for an 80% conversion rate, where successful completion of the internship may lead to a performance-based opportunity for conversion to a full-time role, depending on your contributions, performance, and alignment with the team’s needs.

**Requirements**:
Educational Background: We are looking for fresh graduates or final-year students in Computer Science, IT, or related fields.

**Technical Skills**:

- Familiarity with any programming language (e.g., Python, JavaScript, C#, or Java).
- Understanding of basic web technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript).
- Knowledge of data structures, algorithms, and object-oriented programming.
- Awareness of databases (SQL or NoSQL) and version control systems (Git).
- Willingness to explore frameworks like React, Node.js, or.NET.
- Awareness of cloud computing like - AWS, Azure or GCP
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail

**Soft Skills**:

- Problem-Solving Ability to analyze complex problems and develop efficient solutions.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills to collaborate effectively with the team and stakeholders.
- Ability to quickly learn new technologies, tools, and development methodologies. Eagerness to learn new technologies, frameworks, and development practices.

**Work Environment/Physical Demands**
- You are expected to have a reliable work-from-home setup to effectively support remote work.
- While at work, this position is primarily a sedentary job and requires that the associate can work in an environment where they will consistently be seated for the majority of the workday.
- This position requires the ability to observe a computer screen for long periods of time to observe their own and others’ work, as well as in-coming and out-going communications via the computer and/ or mobile devices.
