Key Responsibilities
Daily Transaction Management: Record and classify daily financial transactions including sales, expenses, and cash flow in accounting software.
Accounts Payable and Receivable: Manage invoices, bill payments, and follow up on outstanding accounts to maintain good vendor relationships and timely collections. Inventory Tracking: Monitor and update records for skincare products, ensuring accurate inventory counts and managing reorders when necessary.
Payroll Processing: Ensure timely and accurate payroll for clinic staff, including bonuses, commissions, and deductions.
Financial Reporting: Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements, including income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements.
Reconciliation: Reconcile bank statements and other accounts monthly to ensure accuracy and consistency in records.
Compliance & Taxes: Assist with tax preparation and filing requirements, and ensure compliance with relevant financial regulations.
Expense Tracking & Budgeting: Track operational expenses, monitor budgets, and provide insights for cost optimization.
Profit Analysis on Retail Sales: Track retail product sales to help determine profitability and inform future purchasing decisions.
**Qualifications**:
Education: Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or a related field (preferred). Experience: Minimum of 2 years in a bookkeeping or accounting role, preferably within the healthcare, wellness, or beauty industry.
Technical Skills: Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Tally), MS Excel, and any relevant clinic management software.
Attention to Detail: Ability to work accurately with numbers and maintain precise financial records.
Analytical Skills: Strong ability to interpret financial data and present actionable insights. Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to interact with management and vendors.
Additional Skills (preferred) Familiarity with CRM systems and clinic management software like ReSpark for integrated financial tracking. Knowledge of payroll management, including handling staff incentives and commissions.
