As a Procurement Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the procurement process, ensuring the timely and cost-effective acquisition of goods and services. You will manage purchase orders, job orders, and supplier relationships to support our operational needs.

**Responsibilities**:

- Develop and implement procurement strategies to meet the company's purchasing needs.
- Manage the entire procurement process, including creating and processing purchase orders and job orders.
- Negotiate contracts and agreements with suppliers to secure the best terms and conditions.
- Monitor supplier performance and ensure compliance with contractual obligations.
- Collaborate with internal departments to understand their purchasing requirements and provide support.
- Maintain accurate records of purchases, pricing, and other important data.
- Conduct market research to identify potential suppliers and evaluate their capabilities.
- Ensure adherence to company policies and procedures in all procurement activities.
- Identify cost-saving opportunities and implement measures to reduce procurement expenses.
- Learn about steel products and specifications to understand the purchase requirements.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field. Although not mandatory, having it is an asset.
- Proven experience as a Procurement / Purchase Manager or in a similar role.
- Strong knowledge of procurement processes, purchase orders, and job orders.
- Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
- Proficiency in procurement software (Tally Prime) and Microsoft Office 365.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
