Medical Officer BAMS (Only Preferred Qualified Employee)
Fresher or Experienced both can apply
- Perform assessment of patients, including listening to their history, providing a basic physical examination and consulting with other clinical staff as necessary, and to plan treatment and management of a patient’s health problems in consultation with the treating consultant within the defined time frame.
- To assist the Consultants on rounds and to follow the round orders.
- To assist the Consultants in completing documentation viz. POCs, revision of POCs, progress sheets etc.)
- To supervise the nursing staff for inpatient care and treatment plan ( cross checking the vitals, I/O charting, medicine dispensing, nursing assessment )
- To apprise the treating consultant regarding the clinical condition of the patient.
- To re-assess the patients in the shift at least once and document the same.
- To visit the Pvt. Room patients every 2hrly during their shifts.
- Handing over and taking over of the patient at the bed side during change of the shift.
- Ensure the care of the patient is done as per the care plan including medication administration, dressing and other interventions.
- To supervise the Nursing staff in carrying out the care of the patient including administration of High Risk drugs and Blood transfusion.
- To attend code blue event as a team member when ever announced.
- Complete in-patient documentation including clinical notes, medication orders etc. with signature, name, date and time as per the policy.
- To inform critical reports and other such conditions to the treating Consultants as soon as possible.
- To prepare the discharge summaries in the stipulated time.
- To assist consultant for education of the patient and family regarding preventive aspects, safe medication, food drug interaction, Drug drug interaction, Nutritional etc.
- Work in a way that is consistent with health and safety practices, especially in regard to the handling and disposal of sharps and body fluids.
- To educate the nursing staff.
Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month

**Education**:
- Bachelor's (required)
**Experience**:
- Patient monitoring: 1 year (required)
