**SENIOR IT EXECUTIVE**
- Person responsible for Tech support in Office.
- Attend in-person meetings with stakeholders to analyze, troubleshoot and diagnose hardware problems.
- Actively update, maintain and monitor all aspects of computer networks
- Manages and monitors all installed systems and infrastructure for the organization to be in line with company SOP (standard operating procedure).
- Ensures the highest level of systems and infrastructure availability.
- Implements warranty and support activities.
- Evaluates the existing systems and provides the technical and ERP support.
- Plans and implements system automation as required for better efficiency.
- Oversees the development of customized software and hardware requirement.
- Should be able to answer Software and Hardware related queries.

Knowledge of installing/ maintenance of CCTV cameras is also an advantage.

New ERP has been installed.

Education: B.Tech CS-IT, BCA, MCA MSC-IT, BSC-IT

Salary -
+91-XXXXXXXXXX p.m.

**Salary**: From ₹16,000.00 per month
