**Job Summary**:
We are looking for a motivated and customer-oriented Counter Sales Executive to join our dynamic team at PARTH SHOPEE. As a Counter Sales Executive, you will be the face of our shop, providing exceptional customer service and selling mobile phones, accessories, and related products. Your role will involve assisting customers in finding the right products, managing sales transactions, and ensuring a positive shopping experience.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Greet customers and assist them in selecting mobile phones, accessories, and related products based on their needs and preferences.
- Provide detailed product knowledge, highlighting features, benefits, and specifications to customers.
- Process sales transactions, handle payments, and issue invoices using the POS (Point of Sale) system.
- Maintain an organized and presentable sales counter, ensuring that products are properly displayed and in stock.
- Actively promote new arrivals, discounts, and promotions to encourage sales.
- Handle customer inquiries, resolve complaints, and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Assist with inventory management, including checking stock levels and restocking items as needed.
- Follow up on after-sales service requests and warranty claims as required.
- Ensure adherence to store policies, procedures, and quality standards.

**Skills and Qualifications**:

- Previous experience in retail sales, preferably in mobile phones or electronics (preferred but not required).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.
- Basic computer skills, including familiarity with POS systems.
- Customer-focused with a positive attitude and enthusiasm for mobile technology.
- Flexibility to work on weekends and holidays as needed.
