**Position Name**: Counter & Customer Service

**Location**: Vikhroli, Mumbai

**Experience**: 1-3years

**Roles & Responsibilities**:
**Greeting customers**: Welcoming customer as they arrive at counter & acknowledging their presence

Product knowledge: Must have detailed knowledge of our menu, variations, add-ons with prices, recipes & availability

**Order Taking**: Taking customer order as per their requirement, managing customization, if any. Also managing online, takeaway & deliver orders

**Managing transactions**: Handling cash, card & other transactions including billing, expense, withdrawals, etc.

**Inventory**:Taking inventory of raw material, understanding shortage & requirement of items & placing order

**Customer query**: Understanding the query of customer & resolving those smoothly, addressing customer complaints & resolving the same.

**Display of products**: Responsible for maintaining cleanliness & proper display of products, changing it from time to time

**Cleanliness**: Maintaining cleanliness of café including counter, brew bar & other areas.

**Skills Requirement**:
Strong communication & interpersonal skills

Previous experience in similar role

Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Excellent organizational and time management skills.

Basic math skills and ability to handle cash transactions accurately.

Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month

Schedule:
