**Job Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Greet and assist customers with a friendly attitude at ticket counters and concession stands.
- Process ticket sales, verify customer bookings, and manage seating arrangements.
- Prepare and serve popcorn, snacks, and beverages at the concessions counter.
- Handle cash, card transactions, and provide accurate change.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace, ensuring hygiene and safety standards are met.
- Restock concession items as needed, ensuring all products are fresh and available.
- Address customer inquiries and resolve any issues efficiently and professionally.
- Assist in theater cleanliness, including cleaning counters, disposing of trash, and ensuring theater lobbies are tidy.
- Follow company policies and procedures to ensure smooth operations during shift hours.

**Requirements**:

- **Education**: High school diploma or equivalent.
- **Experience**: Previous customer service or retail experience is preferred, but not mandatory.
- **Skills**:

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle cash and operate POS systems accurately.
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Must be punctual, reliable, and able to work in a team.

**Shift Details**:

- Full-time: 9-hour shifts available.
- **Shift 1**: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
- **Shift 2**: 12:00 PM - 9:00 PM
- **Shift 3**: 3:00 PM - 12:00 AM

Pay: ₹9,480.71 - ₹13,745.32 per month
