**Job Title**: Accounts Executive - Hospitality and Beverage Industry

**Experience Required**: Minimum 4 years of relevant experience

**Responsibilities**:
**Inventory Management**: Conduct regular inventory checks to ensure accurate stock levels and minimize discrepancies. Maintain meticulous records of inventory movements and reconcile physical counts with system records.

**Stock Maintenance**: Oversee the organization and storage of stock to optimize space utilization and facilitate efficient retrieval. Implement strategies to prevent stockouts and minimize excess inventory.

**Production Inventory**: Coordinate with production teams to manage inventory levels of raw materials and finished goods. Ensure timely replenishment of stock to support production schedules.

**Tally Proficiency**: Utilize Tally software to maintain accurate financial records, including inventory transactions, purchases, and sales. Generate reports and analyze data to support decision-making.

**Data Entry**: Input and update financial data, including invoices, receipts, and payment information, into accounting systems with precision and attention to detail.

**Payment Processing**: Facilitate the processing of payments to vendors and suppliers in accordance with established payment terms. Verify invoices and reconcile accounts payable to maintain accurate financial records.

**Sales, Purchase, Billing, Invoicing**: Manage the end-to-end process of sales and purchase transaction entries, including generating invoices, billing customers, and processing vendor payments. Ensure accuracy and timeliness in all billing and invoicing activities.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field preferred.
- Proficiency in Tally software and advanced MS Excel skills.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.

**Note**:Previous experience in the hospitality, service, food, or beverage industry is highly desirable.**

**Salary**: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
