**Position: Junior Architect/Draftsman - Municipal Drawings (UDCPR)**

**Location: Vashi**

**Experience: 2+ years in architectural drafting & municipal approvals**

**Industry: Architecture & Urban Planning**

**Role Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
Ø Prepare detailed municipal drawings as per UDCPR guidelines for submission to regulatory authorities.

Ø Assist in zoning analysis, site planning, and building compliance with municipal regulations.

Ø Work closely with senior architects, engineers, and project managers to develop accurate design documentation.

Ø Ensure AutoCAD/Revit drawings align with building codes, safety regulations, and accessibility standards.

Ø Liaise with local municipal bodies for documentation, clarifications, and approval processes.

Ø Maintain up-to-date knowledge of UDCPR changes and municipal bylaws affecting architectural designs.

Ø Collaborate with surveyors and construction teams to ensure accuracy in technical drawings.

**Required Qualifications**:
Ø Diploma/Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or Civil Drafting from a recognized institution.

Ø 2+ years of experience in architectural drafting, municipal drawings, and regulatory approvals.

Ø Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, and other drafting software.

Ø Knowledge of UDCPR regulations, local zoning laws, and urban planning policies.

Ø Strong attention to detail with the ability to produce precise and compliant drawings.

Ø Good communication and coordination skills for working with authorities and internal teams.

**Preferred Qualifications**:
Ø Prior experience working on urban planning projects involving UDCPR compliance.

Ø Exposure to building permissions, environmental clearances, and land-use approvals.

**Salary-20-25K**
