We are seeking a talented and dedicated Talent Acquisition Coordinator to join our TA Center Operations team. As a Talent Acquisition Coordinator, you will play a vital role in supporting and improving our company’s talent acquisition efforts. This role will involve providing essential administrative assistance to our recruiting team. We value familiarity with various recruiting strategies, such as sourcing, screening, and interviewing methods. Your contributions will help us ensure a seamless hiring process and attract and retain high-performing employees who align with our company’s goals.

**Responsibilities**:

- Managing Talent Acquisition Data Management on ATS and ensuring information and systems are captured in a timely and accurate basis at all times
- Completing HR and business data for talent acquisition process
- Assist with new hire onboarding (e.g. preparing necessary paperwork and scheduling trainings)
- Working cooperatively with all members of the team to support their TA admin needs.
- You bring 2-5 years of work experience in the administrative support field, and you are fluent in English, written & verbal.
- Should hold a university degree.
- sense for people and a strong service orientation.
- Multi-cultural experience through international work is an added advantage.
- Your communication skills are excellent since you will partner with also Executive Hiring Managers.
- passion and mindset to work in an international, industrial oriented environment. You are a creative problem solver and a great team player.
- You are flexible and have an eye for detail and at the same time a strong business acumen with excellent organizational and multi-tasking skills.
- You are motivated and eager to take the initiative working independently as well as in a team.
- Previous experience in administrative tasks related to talent acquisition will be an asset.
- ability to multitask and proactively identify and overcome challenges.
