We are seeking a talented and motivated architect to join our team at Oblong Design Studio. As an architect with our firm, you will have the opportunity to work on a diverse range of projects, from residential to commercial, with a focus on sustainable design principles. You will collaborate closely with clients, engineers, and other professionals to develop creative design concepts and see projects through from inception to completion.

**Responsibilities**:

- Develop architectural design concepts in collaboration with clients and project stakeholders.
- Produce detailed architectural drawings, plans, and specifications using industry-standard software.
- Conduct site visits, surveys, and assessments to inform design decisions and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Coordinate with engineers, contractors, and other consultants throughout the design and construction process.
- Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources effectively to meet client expectations and project goals.
- Stay updated on industry trends, building codes, and emerging technologies to enhance design capabilities and maintain compliance.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture from an accredited institution.
- 0-5 years of experience in architectural design and project management.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, and other relevant software.
- Strong design sensibility, creativity, and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication, teamwork, and time management skills.
- Passion for sustainability and innovative design solutions.
