**Responsibilities**:

- Providing guidance, mentorship, and technical expertise to the team to ensure the highest level of service delivery and customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with global IT teams on projects and initiatives, ensuring alignment with company objectives and standards.
- Participate in IT projects and initiatives related to desktop infrastructure upgrades, migrations, and deployments.
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting for desktop hardware, software, and peripherals, including laptops, desktops, printers, scanners, and mobile devices.
- Diagnose and resolve hardware and software issues in a timely manner to minimize downtime and ensure optimal performance.
- Respond to service requests and incidents reported by end-users via ServiceNow, and provide timely resolution or escalation as needed.
- Collaborate with other IT teams to escalate and resolve complex technical issues that cannot be resolved at the desktop level.
- Perform routine maintenance tasks such as system updates, patches, and security configurations to ensure the stability and security of desktop systems.
- Create and maintain documentation for desktop configurations, troubleshooting procedures, and user guides.
- Assist with the setup and configuration of new desktops, laptops, and peripheral devices for new employees.
- Stay updated on emerging technologies and best practices in desktop support to continuously improve service delivery and efficiency.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and security standards.
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field preferred.
- 3+ years of experience in desktop support or a related IT field.
- Strong knowledge of Windows and macOS operating systems.
- Proficiency in troubleshooting desktop hardware, software, and network connectivity issues.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact professionally with end-users of all levels.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Relevant Microsoft certifications are a plus
