**Key Responsibilities**:

- Make outbound calls to prospective clients or leads.
- Explain the features and benefits of the company’s products or services.
- Understand customer requirements and provide solutions to meet their needs.
- Address client inquiries, provide information, and solve any issues they may have.
- Maintain accurate records of interactions with clients in the CRM system.
- Follow up on leads and manage the sales pipeline to achieve set targets.
- Achieve individual and team sales goals on a monthly basis.
- Build and maintain relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business.
- Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and industry trends to provide the most relevant information to customers.

**Skills and Qualifications**:

- **Education**: High school diploma, Bachelor’s degree (preferred).
- **Experience**: Prior experience in telecalling, telesales, customer support, or a similar role (preferred).
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to explain products or services clearly and persuasively.
- Good listening and problem-solving abilities.
- Knowledge of CRM software is a plus.
- Ability to work under pressure and handle rejections.
- Strong multitasking and organizational skills.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: From ₹10,000.00 per month
