**Key Responsibilities**:

- Lead the implementation of BIM processes and workflows within the Transportation and Infrastructure Unit, ensuring alignment with WSP’s BIM standards and protocols.
- Provide BIM coordination support to project teams, including setting up project models, conducting clash detection, and coordinating model exchanges with stakeholders.
- Conduct regular reviews of BIM models to ensure compliance with project requirements, industry standards, and best practices.
- Deliver BIM training sessions to project teams, promoting awareness and proficiency in BIM tools and methodologies.
- Foster collaboration among multidisciplinary project teams, facilitating effective communication and coordination through the use of BIM technologies.
- Stay abreast of emerging BIM technologies and industry trends, identifying opportunities for innovation and continuous improvement within the Transportation and Infrastructure Unit.
- Support client engagement activities by showcasing the benefits of BIM technologies and demonstrating WSP’s capabilities in digital project delivery.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering or related field.
- Proven experience in BIM coordination within the transportation and infrastructure sector.
- Proficiency in BIM software such as Autodesk Revit, Navisworks, and Civil 3D.
- Strong understanding of BIM standards (e.g., ISO 19650) and protocols.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines concurrently.
- Certification in BIM-related disciplines (e.g., BIM Certified Professional) is preferred.
