Job Summary:
**Responsibilities**:
Provide Expert Advice: Offer expert guidance to customers on international and domestic travel destinations, holiday packages, and travel options, taking into account their preferences, budget, and special requirements.

Itinerary Planning: Assist customers in designing personalized travel itineraries that include accommodation, transportation, sightseeing activities, and other travel-related services.

Booking and Reservations: Manage travel bookings, including flights, hotels, car rentals, tours, and other travel-related services, ensuring all reservations are accurate and confirmed.

Travel Coordination: Coordinate with airlines, hotels, and other service providers to secure bookings, confirmations, and necessary travel documentation, while maintaining effective communication with customers throughout the process.

Problem Resolution: Address any issues or concerns that arise during the travel process, such as flight delays, cancellations, or changes in accommodations, providing timely solutions and alternative arrangements when needed.

Stay Updated: Continuously research and stay informed about travel trends, new destinations, travel regulations, and industry developments to offer the most relevant and up-to-date information to customers.

Sales and Revenue Generation: Promote holiday packages, travel insurance, and other add-on services to maximize sales opportunities and contribute to the overall revenue goals of the company.

**Requirements**:
Education: High school diploma or equivalent. Additional certification or degree in travel and tourism is a plus.

Experience: At least 1-2 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a travel agency or tour operator, with a focus on holiday packages and travel coordination.

Knowledge: Strong knowledge of international and domestic travel destinations, popular tourist attractions, and accommodation options. Familiarity with travel regulations, visa requirements, and travel insurance is advantageous.

Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English. Proficiency in additional languages is a plus.

Customer Service: Demonstrated experience in providing exceptional customer service, with the ability to handle customer inquiries and resolve issues effectively.

Computer Skills: Proficient in using travel reservation systems, online booking platforms, and Microsoft Office suite.

Attention to Detail: Strong organizational skills with a keen eye for detail to ensure accurate bookings, itineraries, and travel arrangements.

Interpersonal Skills: Ability to build rapport with customers, establish long-term relationships, and work effectively in a team-oriented environment.

Flexibility: Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, to accommodate customer needs and travel emergencies.

**Salary**: ₹10,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
