Key Responsibilities:

- Customer Relationship: Building and maintaining strong relationships with customers will be a core part of your role. You will be responsible for understanding customer needs, preferences, and pain points, and developing marketing strategies that align with customer insights. You will also handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues to ensure a positive customer experience.
- Growing Nature: As a Marketing Specialist, you will be responsible for driving business growth through various marketing initiatives. This includes developing and executing marketing campaigns, analyzing marketing data to identify opportunities for improvement, monitoring and optimizing marketing performance, and staying updated on industry trends and best practices to ensure marketing strategies are effective and relevant.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Proven experience in marketing, preferably in a B2B environment.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Strong customer relationship management skills.
- Results-driven mindset with a focus on quality and attention to detail.
- Ability to analyze data and make data-driven decisions.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Proactive and self-motivated with a willingness to learn and adapt to new challenges.
- Familiarity with marketing tools and technologies, such as CRM, marketing automation, and analytics platforms, is a plus.

**Salary**: From ₹240,000.00 per year
