**About the Role**:
We are looking for motivated and energetic **Direct Sales Agents (DSA)** to join our team. The role involves promoting and selling our financial products/services directly to customers, building strong relationships, and achieving sales targets.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Generate leads and identify potential customers through field visits, cold calls, and referrals.
- Promote and sell company products/services (loans, credit cards, insurance, banking products, etc.).
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with customers.
- Explain product features, benefits, and eligibility to customers.
- Meet assigned sales targets and contribute to overall business growth.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory guidelines.

**Required Skills & Competencies**:

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to persuade and negotiate effectively.
- Self-motivated and target-driven.
- Basic knowledge of financial products (preferred but not mandatory).
- Good customer handling and relationship-building skills.

**Eligibility**:

- Minimum 12th pass / Graduate (preferred).
- Experience in sales, banking, finance, or insurance will be an added advantage.

Pay: Up to ₹20,000.00 per month
