Executive - Accounts & Admin (Immediate Joiner)

**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities:Accounting & Finance Responsibilities**:
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all financial transactions.
- Manage and organize purchase and sales invoices — both hard and soft copies.
- Prepare and support accurate financial data entry, calculations, and document handling.
- Coordinate with the CA for timely GST, TDS, and other statutory filings.
- Generate and manage weekly, monthly, and annual financial reports.
- Handle invoicing and ensure timely payment collections from clients.
- Manage petty cash transactions and maintain related records.
- Proficiently use Zoho Accounting Software for daily operations.
**Administrative Responsibilities**:
- Oversee daily office administration, ensuring smooth operations.
- Manage and track couriers, visitor/guest coordination, and reception duties.
- Handle asset management, inventory control, and vendor coordination.
- Ensure availability and organization of office stationery and supplies.
- Conduct regular checks with staff for office needs and environment wellness.
- Support a clean, healthy, and efficient workplace environment.
**Key Requirements**:
- Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Accounting, or a related field.
- 2+ years of relevant experience in accounting and administrative functions.
- Proficiency in **Zoho Accounting Software** is a must.
- Good knowledge of **GST**, **TDS**, and statutory compliance procedures.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Excellent documentation and data handling abilities.
- Effective communication skills and a collaborative attitude.
**Preferred Qualities**:
- Proactive problem-solver with attention to detail.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks efficiently.
- Positive attitude towards maintaining workplace culture and hygiene.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
Schedule:
