**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Handle inbound and outbound calls to prospective students
- Provide accurate information about aviation training courses
- Follow up with leads and maintain consistent communication
- Convert telephonic inquiries into walk-in appointments
- Maintain records of calls, follow-ups, and conversions
- Coordinate with the admission and counselling teams
- Meet daily and monthly call and conversion targets

**Required Skills & Qualifications**:

- Minimum qualification: HSC or Graduate
- 6 months to 3 years of tele-calling or counselling experience
- Excellent verbal communication in Hindi and English
- Confidence, patience, and good listening skills
- Ability to handle pressure and achieve daily call targets
- Experience in education, training, or aviation sector is a plus
- Immediate joiners preferred
