**Job Summary**:We are seeking an enthusiastic and self-motivated Telecounselor to join our team in Mumbai. The role involves reaching out to schools and educational institutions to promote our products and arrange meetings for our business development team.

**Responsibilities**:

- Make **outbound calls** (hot & cold) to potential customers from the provided database.
- Generate **qualified leads** and pass them to the sales team for further follow-up.
- Clearly explain company products/services and handle basic customer queries.
- Maintain a record of calls, leads, and customer responses in the system/Excel.
- Ensure daily/weekly **calling targets** are achieved.
- Follow proper phone etiquette and maintain professionalism during calls.

**Requirements**:

- 0-3 years of experience in **telecalling/lead generation** (freshers can also apply).
- Good communication skills in **Hindi, English** (Marathi preferred).
- Confident, persuasive, and target-oriented.
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
