**Job Title: MIS Executive**

**Job Summary: The MIS Executive plays a vital role in ensuring effective management and utilization of information systems within the Construction Equipment Company. This position requires a strong understanding of information technology, data analysis, and reporting techniques. The MIS Executive will be responsible for collecting, analyzing, and presenting data to support decision-making processes and improve overall operational efficiency. They will collaborate with various departments to gather requirements, develop MIS solutions, and provide technical support as needed.**

**Responsibilities**:
**Data Management**:
**1. Collect, validate, and maintain accurate data from various sources within the company.**

**2. Ensure data integrity and security by implementing appropriate data governance practices.**

**3. Develop and maintain databases, data systems, and data collection tools.**

**Reporting and Analysis**:
**1. Generate regular and ad hoc reports using MIS tools, spreadsheets, and databases.**

**2. Analyze data and identify trends, patterns, and anomalies to support decision-making processes.**

**3. Prepare and present insightful reports to management, highlighting key performance indicators (KPIs) and areas for improvement.**

**MIS Development and Implementation**:
**1. Collaborate with stakeholders to understand their reporting requirements and develop appropriate MIS solutions.**

**2. Design, develop, and maintain MIS reports, dashboards, and data visualization tools.**

**System Maintenance and Support**:
**2. Perform routine system maintenance activities, including data backups, updates, and user access management.**

**3. Conduct training sessions and create user manuals/documentation to enhance system understanding and utilization.**

**Process Improvement**:
**1. Identify opportunities for process improvement and automation within the company's information systems.**

**2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement process enhancements, streamline workflows, and optimize data management procedures.**

**3. Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in MIS to suggest and implement innovative solutions.**

**Qualifications and Skills**:
**1. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or having prior experience of working as MIS Executive.**

**2. Proven experience as an MIS Executive or in a similar role, preferably in the construction equipment industry.**

**3. Strong proficiency in database management, SQL, and data analysis tools.**

**4. Proficiency in MIS tools such as Microsoft Excel**

**6. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.**

**7. Strong attention to detail and ability to work with large datasets.**

**8. Effective communication and presentation skills.**

**9. Ability to collaborate and work effectively with cross-functional teams.**

**10. Familiarity with construction equipment or related industry terminology is a plus.**

**Job Types**: Full-time, Regular / Permanent

**Salary**: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
