Ardor Wing is a subsidiary of Aviano Private Limited. As a part of establishing our new venture, we are excited to hire BIM professionals who are proactive and can impart knowledge to young trainees and thereby improving their skills as well as increasing the company's growth.

**Responsibilities**:
1) Evaluate trainees performance to gauge where skills are lacking.
2) Create training programs to address skill gaps.
3) Prepare learning materials for programs.
4) Develop onboarding programs for new trainee's.
5) Conduct surveys to gauge the effectiveness of programs.
6) Research new teaching methods.

Qualifications:
1 ) B.tech/B.E/Diploma
2) Excellent software skills is Autodesk Rivet, Autocad and Navisworks
3) Strong skills in Architectural and structural.
4) Basic Knowledge in Electrical and Mechanical
5) 2 - 5 years experience as a trainer or a similar position.
6) Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
7) Knowledge of various teaching methods and approaches.
8) Excellent organizational skills.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Regular / Permanent

**Salary**: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift

- Overtime pay

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Bengaluru, Karnataka: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

- Bachelor's (preferred)
