**Job Title: Telecaller - Medica Software Sales**

**Role Overview**: At Torero Softwares Ltd., we are looking for enthusiastic Telecallers to promote our Medica ERP software to potential clients, schedule demos, and convert leads into sales. You will also maintain records and help meet sales targets.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Lead Generation: Make outbound calls to potential clients and identify leads who can benefit from our software.
- Client Engagement: Explain the benefits of our software clearly and build strong relationships with clients.
- Appointment Setting: Schedule demo sessions for clients and coordinate details with the sales team.
- Follow-Up: Contact clients after demos to answer questions, address concerns, and close sales.
- Database Management: Maintain accurate client records and organize them in the system.
- Reporting: Track call activities, demos, and sales, and highlight client feedback.

**Requirements**:

- Education: 12th pass or higher.
- Experience: At least 1 year of experience in sales, telecalling, or marketing of IT products (ERP Software Sales experience is a plus).

**Skills**:

- Strong communication and convincing skills.
- Basic knowledge of computers and software.
- Motivated and focused on achieving sales goals.
