About the Role:
We are looking for a skilled and enthusiastic Commis Chef who specializes in Indian Street Food & Appetizers such as Chaat, Tikki, Bhalla, Golgappa, Pakoras, and other popular Indian snacks.

Key Responsibilities:
Preparing Indian street-style dishes and appetizers

Maintain taste consistency, hygiene, and visual presentation

Keep the preparation area clean and organized

Cutting, mixing, frying, and plating tasks

**Requirements**:
1-3 years of experience in preparing Indian snacks and chaat items

Knowledge of regional Indian flavors and authentic preparation methods

Team player with a positive attitude and strong work ethic

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
