**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Assist in the planning and execution of operational activities.
- Monitor daily operations to ensure smooth workflow.
- Support in the development and implementation of operational policies and procedures.
- Collaborate with different departments to ensure seamless coordination.
- Track and analyze operational data to identify areas for improvement.
- Manage and resolve any operational issues that arise.
- Prepare and maintain operational reports and documentation.
- Assist in inventory management and control.
- Provide exceptional customer service and address customer inquiries.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related

field.
- 2-4 years of experience in an operations role or similar.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Basic knowledge of operations management software is a plus.
- Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹32,000.00 per month
