**Key Responsibilities**:
**Customer Outreach**:

- Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers to inform them about our menu, promotions, and services.
- Address customer queries and provide information to ensure a seamless customer experience.

**Sales and Target Achievement**:

- Promote and upsell products to achieve monthly sales targets.
- Maintain a conversion rate in line with organizational goals.

**Customer Relationship Management**:

- Build rapport with customers to encourage repeat business and loyalty.
- Follow up with customers for feedback, resolve complaints, and ensure satisfaction.

**Data Management**:

- Maintain accurate records of calls, customer details, and sales.
- Use CRM tools effectively to manage customer interactions.

- **Experience**: 1.5 to 3 years of telecalling experience, preferably in the food & beverage or hospitality industry.

- **Customer Orientation**: A positive attitude and willingness to assist customers.
