**Role Overview**:
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven **Telecaller** to join our dynamic team at Shanghai Flavours of China Town. The role involves engaging with customers, promoting our services, and ensuring customer satisfaction while meeting sales targets.

**Key Responsibilities**:
**Customer Outreach**:

- Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers to inform them about our menu, promotions, and services.
- Address customer queries and provide information to ensure a seamless customer experience.

**Sales and Target Achievement**:

- Promote and up-sell products to achieve monthly sales targets.
- Maintain a conversion rate in line with organizational goals.

**Customer Relationship Management**:

- Build rapport with customers to encourage repeat business and loyalty.
- Follow up with customers for feedback, resolve complaints, and ensure satisfaction.

**Data Management**:

- Maintain accurate records of calls, customer details, and sales.
- Use CRM tools effectively to manage customer interactions.

**Team Collaboration**:

- Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to align strategies.
- Participate in team meetings to discuss progress and address challenges.
- **Experience**: 0.5 to 2 years of telecalling experience, preferably in the food & beverage or hospitality industry.
- **Communication Skills**: Excellent verbal communication in Bengali, Hindi, and English.
- **Persuasive Skills**: Strong ability to convince and close sales over the phone.
- **Customer Orientation**: A positive attitude and willingness to assist customers.
- **Work Ethic**: Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work under pressure.
