Our client a large multinational jewellery company is looking to hire Supplier Relationship Executive.

**Responsibilities**:

- Generating Supplier Leeds & converting them using skills & CRM.
- Meeting Supplier’s, Presenting PPT and getting them on boarded.
- Answering the queries of supplier's and walking them through Signup &Inventory upload process.
- Ensure Supplier/Vendor information complies with regulations.
- Ensure supplier are entered into the In-House Supplier Database and reviewed and approved prior to any doing business with supplier.
- Provide a Level of Service to the Supplier's.
- Conducting market research to understand the Market requirements, Habits and Trends.
- Plan and execute initiatives to reach the target audience through appropriate channels.
- Attend trade shows and other industry
- related shows.
- Achieving on boarding & Sign up Targets
- Develop, Execute and Distribute routine and Ad-Hoc Reports from the vendor database
- Have weekly meetings and monthly GROW meetings with the team.
- Self-development - Upgradation of knowledge regarding new products and services provided by competitors

**Requirements**:

- 2-3 Years of experience in Marketing & Vendor Management
- Strong negotiation, management, and decision-making skills
- Assertiveness
- Strong Communication Skills
- Strong Marketing skills
- Managing & Updating CRM
- Excellent Customer service and collaboration experience
- Presentation skills
- Ability to adapt and be resource-full
- Proactive & Innovative, Ready to Work & Learn
- Microsoft Skills
