**Job overview**

We are looking for a spice plant operator. The operator will be responsible for safe and day-to-day plant operation, while ensuring production and quality requirement are within guidelines

**Duties**:

- **Ensure adherence to all pre-operational checks and efficiently operate & safely shut down**
- **Day to day machine safe operation in plant**
- **Achieve given production target**
- **Machine maintenance & cleaning**
- **Performs quality analysis and food safety checks for flour transfer**

**Qualification**:

- **High school, diploma & ITI**
- **He should be problem solving, attention to detail in his field**
- **Has worked in food manufacturing and packaging industry**
- **Must have Experience in spices making & Knowledge about spices**

**Experience**

**2 to 5 years**

**Salary**: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:

- Food industry: 3 years (preferred)
