**Responsibilities**
- Understand the values and vision of the organization
- Protect the Intellectual Property
- Adhere to all the policies and procedures
- Responsible for managing end-to-end recruitment process from requisition to pre - joining
- Post job descriptions on career websites, newspapers and universities boards
- Ensure proper onboarding for the new employees for helping them settle in the organization
- Ensuring robust multiple sourcing channels for recruiting at various levels like Job Portals, Referral Programs, Campus Hiring and LinkedIn etc.
- Screening the best talent from the available pool to ensure presence of quality workforce
- Conduct phone, Skype and/or in-person interviews
- Prepare documentation ensuring legislation requirements are met
- Maintain a complete record of interviews and new hires
- Stay up-to-date with current recruiting methods
- Optimizing the recruitment costs in line with predefined budgetsIdentify, empanel and periodically evaluate recruitment consultants / Manpower Vendors**Essential Skills**
- Job- Excellent written and verbal communication skills are essential
- Must be dynamic, flexible and possess perseverance skills
- Personal- Should have understanding of business objectives and organization structure**Preferred Skills**
- Job- Should be familiar with using HR systems/technologies and SharePoint
- Self-motivated, fast learner with the ability to operate independently
- Personal- Ability to work under pressure to achieve the multiple daily deadlines for client deliverables with a mature approach
