**Job Description: Front Office Receptionist**

**Experience**: 1-3 years in a similar role

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Greet and assist visitors, clients, and staff in a professional and friendly manner.
- Maintain the reception area, ensuring it is clean and organized.
- Handle scheduling, appointments, and meeting room bookings.
- Coordinate with internal teams and vendors for office requirements and supplies.
- Support administrative tasks such as document management, courier handling, and filing.
- Maintain visitor logs and ensure adherence to security protocols.

**Key Skills and Qualifications**:

- Proven experience as a Front Office Receptionist or in a similar role.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Tamil (proficiency in other South Indian languages is a plus).
- Strong interpersonal skills with a customer-oriented approach.
- Basic knowledge of office equipment and MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficiently.
- Vendor management experience is essential.
