**Location**: Home based/Remote

We are looking for an exceptional **Figma Designer** to join our team and take us to the next level. You’ll be working closely with the CEO and be responsible for all of our design work for our websites.

As the lead **Figma Designer** you will provide beautiful, high conversion templates that will provide an excellent user experience.

You will be motivated, with a passion for all things Design and a creative style that engages our audience across all devices.

**Responsibilities include**:

- Use Figma, Sketch, Webflow or Adobe software to create wireframe and website designs, which will be used to create website templates
- Create new designs and manage existing graphics assets as required
- Liaise with the CEO to understand the brief and requirements
- Make suggestions and recommendations for best in class UX/UI web design
- Keep up to date with the latest web design trends and tricks
- Create and test designs across desktop, and mobile devices as well as cross browser testing
- Will utilise your deep understanding of design principles, including typography, layout, and colour theory to create next generations web templates in Wordpress

**The Successful Applicant**:

- 2+ years experience
- Full experience and working knowledge of Adobe Suite and similar creative software
- Proven portfolio of web design work
- A functional understanding of Wordpress, HTML and CSS
- A deep understanding of mobile and desktop design
- Enthusiastic
- Attention to detail
- Well organised
- Ability to work in an entrepreneurial environment
- Able to work under pressure
- Take feedback positively
- Excellent communication and writing skills in English
- Proficient in English, Hindi, Punjabi
- Excellent MS Office skills and exposure to work on Google docs or G-suite
