Position: CFO/AGM/DGM (Finance) - On Contract (Extendable)

Job Location: Vadodara/Dahej

About the company: A leading manufacturing Company

Experience: 18 -28 Years

Qualification: B Com with CA / CMA (Full Time)

Job Requirement
- He / She would ensure compliance of finance and accounts related laws like IT Act, GST, Customs, FEMA, Company’s Act, SEBI etc. He will oversee all audit and internal financial control operations of the company.
- He / She will be responsible for compliance of company’s internal policies and directions of the management / Board.
- He / She is expected to prepare financial statements, annual budget and other financial information for approval Board.
- He / She should be conversant with banking activities including and able to develop the corporate fund-raising strategies and drive the company’s financial & investment strategies and planning.
- He / She is expected to optimize and ensure cash flow requirements for the operations and projects under implementation.
- He / She is expected to possess very good Communication skills, Planning & Organizing skills, Monitoring & Control skills along with decision making, problem solving and negotiation and influencing skills.
- The appointment shall be contractual and initially for a period of 5 years, which can be extended further depending upon the performance.
- He should prepare reports on key data and submission of reports to the management.
- He should have experience of working on SAP & reverse auction technique, computer literacy mainly MS office, Word, excel, power point.
