Job Summary:
Central Business MTI Support - Support to MTI Lead that will coordinate activities with X-functional Central team and project Local team for planning and execution of the overall separation project.

Key Responsibilities:

- Day-to-day central business activities support:
Ensure connection between Business(Europe), MDS(India) and other partners on functional and on X-functional process.
Support central team in daily program monitoring: risk management, reporting, escalation, and issue solving.Support and monitor carveout execution.
Set up required meetings to keep local Russian and Central team updated on progress.
- Cutover (incl. Last day and First day activities), Validation and Testing planning and support:
Facilitate coordination between Business(Europe), MDS buddies(India) and Russia local team.
Identification and planning of key separation activities including critical path and key milestones.
Identification of dependencies for MTI activities across other functions.
Coordinate MTI cutover / testing activities from a business perspective incl. LD/FD.
Support data validation process on MTI relevant objects.
- Participate and conduct any required workshops and working sessions:
Mobilization workshop, Design workshop, etc.
- Prepare, coordinate and conduct any required MTI project deliverables.

Role Requirements & Qualifications:

- E2E processes within Plant Manufacturing modules - PP-PI, IM/WM, QM, PM
- SAP systems in range - SAP ECC, DWM, APO PPDS, PointX labelling (Non-SAP system so no experience is expected but if any will be an advantage)
