We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Door-to-Door Sales Agent to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for selling our products or services directly to potential customers within assigned residential or commercial areas. You'll engage with prospects, explain the benefits of our offerings, and close sales to help drive business growth. This is a commission-only position, offering unlimited earning potential based on your performance.

Key Responsibilities:

- Prospect and engage potential customers door-to-door within designated territories.
- Present and promote products or services in a clear, persuasive, and customer-friendly manner.
- Address customer inquiries, explain features and benefits, and customize solutions to meet their needs.
- Overcome objections and close sales to meet daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
- Keep accurate records of customer interactions, sales, and follow-up actions.
- Provide exceptional customer service to build rapport and foster repeat business.
- Report customer feedback, trends, and competitor activities to management.
- Follow company sales guidelines and legal regulations.
- Continuously improve product knowledge and sales techniques.

Qualifications:

- High school diploma or equivalent (college degree is a plus).
- Previous sales experience, especially in door-to-door or direct sales, is preferred.
- Strong communication, persuasion, and negotiation skills.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently.
- Ability to handle rejection and stay motivated to achieve targets.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation (if required for travel).
- Ability to work in various weather conditions and neighborhoods.

Compensation:

- Commission-based pay - earn based on your sales performance.
- Unlimited earning potential with commission per sale, bonuses for meeting targets, and additional incentives.
- Flexibility in working hours (evenings and weekends may be required).

Work Environment:

- Field-based role with travel to residential and commercial areas.
- Work independently, setting your own schedule to meet sales goals.
