
Sales Executive

Assist the sales team with administrative tasks and coordination of sales activities.
- Prepare and maintain sales reports, presentations, and documentation.
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure timely processing of sales orders.
- Serve as a point of contact for customer inquiries and support.
- Manage and resolve customer issues and concerns in a timely manner
- Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and address any additional needs.
- Ensure accurate and timely entry of order details into the system.
- Monitor order status and communicate updates to customers and the sales team
- Assist in preparing quotations, proposals, and contracts
- Track sales performance metrics and provide insights to the sales team.
- Perform other tasks and projects as assigned by the Sales Manager or senior staff.
- Provide support to sales team members as needed.
- Adherence and following upon company’s policies and procedures.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
