We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Operations Executive to join our team. As an Operations Executive, you will play a crucial role in managing day-to-day activities to ensure smooth and efficient operations within the e-commerce environment.

**Responsibilities**:
**Order Fulfillment**: Oversee the end-to-end process of order fulfillment, including order processing, packaging, and shipping to meet customer expectations.

**Inventory Management**: Monitor and maintain accurate inventory levels. Coordinate with relevant teams to ensure stock availability and minimize stockouts.

**Logistics Coordination**: Collaborate with logistics partners to streamline the shipping process, monitor delivery timelines, and resolve any logistics-related issues.

**Customer Support**: Respond to customer inquiries and concerns promptly. Collaborate with customer support teams to address and resolve issues, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.

**Process Improvement**: Identify opportunities for process optimization and efficiency improvements. Implement best practices to enhance overall operations.

**Data Analysis**: Utilize data and analytics to track key performance indicators (KPIs) related to operations and suggest improvements based on insights.

**Qualifications**:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Operations Management, or a related field.

Proven experience in operations, preferably in an e-commerce setting.

Strong organizational and multitasking skills with keen attention to detail.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Proficient in using e-commerce platforms and inventory management systems.

Problem-solving and decision-making abilities.

Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
