Responsibilities:

- Provide information and guidance to prospective students regarding academic programs, admission requirements, and campus life.
- Assist students in making informed decisions about their educational goals.
- Stay updated on admission policies, deadlines, and requirements.
- Conduct one-on-one counseling sessions with prospective students to understand their academic and career aspirations.
- Address concerns, answer queries, and provide personalized advice.
- Promote educational programs, courses, and offerings to attract potential students.
- Participate in recruitment events, fairs, and outreach activities.
- Collaborate with academic departments for program-specific evaluations.
- Conduct admission interviews or assessments when required.
- Evaluate applicants' qualifications, experiences, and potential for success in the chosen program.
- Maintain accurate records of applicant information, correspondence, and admission decisions.
- Ensure compliance with data protection and privacy regulations.
- Provide information on financial aid options, scholarships, and assistance programs.
- Assist students in understanding the cost of education and available funding sources.
- Collaborate with academic advisors, faculty, and other departments to facilitate a smooth admission process.
- Coordinate with marketing teams for the development of promotional materials.
- Collect feedback from applicants and use it to improve the admission process and counseling services.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in admissions counseling.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Education, Counseling, Psychology, or a related field.
- Proven experience in admission counseling or a similar role in an educational institution.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Knowledge of educational programs, admission policies, and career pathways.
- Familiarity with student recruitment strategies and marketing techniques.
- Ability to work with a diverse range of individuals and cultures.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Ethical and empathetic approach to counseling.
- Proficiency in using office software and databases.

**Salary**: ₹10,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
