**Job Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Plan and execute **doctor engagement programs**, medical camps, and health awareness activities.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with **doctors, clinics, diagnostic centers, and local healthcare partners**.
- Drive **revenue generation** through new patient acquisition and business development initiatives.
- Conduct **community and corporate outreach** to promote hospital services and specialties.
- Collaborate with internal teams to implement **marketing campaigns and promotional strategies**.
- Analyze local market trends and provide actionable insights to management.
- Ensure smooth coordination between Anantapur and Hyderabad teams for ongoing projects.

**Requirements**:

- **1-2 years of experience** in hospital or healthcare marketing is **mandatory**.
- Must be **Hyderabad-based** or willing to **relocate** (frequent travel to Anantapur required).
- Strong **sales orientation** with proven ability to achieve **revenue targets**.
- Excellent **communication, negotiation, and relationship-building** skills.
- Self-motivated and able to handle field-based responsibilities independently.
