**Job Role & Responsibilities**:
As a **Field Sales Executive**, you will be responsible for:

- Spreading awareness about Regenerative Agriculture and Organic Farming
- Working closely with Sugarcane farmers to promote sustainable practices
- Building strong relationships with farmers, FPO’s.
- Conducting on-ground product demonstrations, customer meetings, and awareness drives.

**Eligibility Criteria**:

- **Education**: Graduate from any field (Agriculture background is a plus but not mandatory).
- **Experience**: 0-1 years of field sales experience (Freshers welcome).
- **Language**: Proficiency in Marathi and basic communication in Hindi/English preferred.
- **Must Have**: A two-wheeler and willingness to travel within the assigned territory.

**Salary & Benefits**:

- **Fixed Salary**: ₹15,000/month
- **Performance-Based Incentives**: As per farmers on-boarding
- **TA/DA**: Travel and Dearness Allowance will be provided
