We are looking for individuals who possess the skills and qualifications outlined in the JD and who are excited about the opportunity to join our team.
**Coordinator**
- The primary task of a coordinator is to get the cases through portal, calls & mails.
- Calling the clients for confirming the data(Vehicle No Vehicle make and model Number, Address of customer, How charges will be paid i.e. through client or customers)
- Create case on portal after discussing the same with the client
- Call to customer for taking appointment for Vehicle Inspection.
- Assigning case to field associate.
- After getting the required data from Field associates coordinator will put status(Date, Time, Format No.& Status Hold) and also will put her/his remarks and the same will be forwarded to Quality Assurance team for Report Generation.
- QC team will be sending the report to coordinators and coordinators will send the same to client or the same will directly go to client through portal.
- He / She must show the willingness to learn new things every time and then.
- Must discuss every matter with its supervisor or team leader to get any issue sorted
- Giving a resolution to the customers or clients should be the whole and sole responsibility.
- Must be very effective in providing customer service by providing resolution to their complicated queries and issues.
- Must efficiently set goals and work on so as to avoid any escalations and maintain the relevancy and quality while providing service to the customer
- Should follow the TAT assigned
- Walking Interview
- Related to insurance background
**Salary**: ₹12,000.00 - ₹16,000.00 per month
