Roles an Responsibilities
- Consult and handle all corporate legal processes to manage, strategies all pending litigation's, compliance issues, transactions & agreements legal issues
- Draft notices, replies, ensure its service records are kept intact and as per legal/court requirements.
- Attending Police station, Cyber Complaints, Civil court, Rera court, High court, and Revenue Authorities.
- Assisting another department in query resolution.
- Coordinate with the Panel advocates and brief them regarding the matters and documentary compliance.
- Litigations Updating date of hearing and developments. Maintaining court MIS, daily report to management weekly court matter discussions organize records and files.
- Prepare note on litigations vetting all court filing in consultation with internal stakeholder and external consultants
- Ensure to take timely steps in all pending litigations in consultation with internal team and advocates
- Appear before courts, tribunals, authorities give evidence
- Liaison with external counsel and company legal matrix to resolve legal issues
- Research, anticipate and guard company against legal risks
- Guide managers and ensure compliance with rules and regulations and agreed terms under any/all contract entered in by the company
- Draft, evaluate, negotiate and execute MOU, NDAs, service agreements, other commercial contracts etc.
- Establish and maintain relationships by serving as a single point of contact for all litigations, customer legal queries, legal approval and authorizations letter and contractual dispute issues.
- Monitor and complete agreement closure with appropriate risk mitigation and Management approval
- Ensure to process Advocates and Consultant invoices for timely payment
- Answer and convince customers on legal issues including, litigations and agreement clauses
- Following up and obtaining preliminary opinion and final from advocates / consultants on need basis
- Docketing court case papers and agreement in respective folders
- Scheduling meetings, presentations, team outings
- Extremely high ownership, self-starter ability to get hands dirty, and work in a constantly-changing and fast-growing environment
- Establish collaborative and trusting relationships with the business key internal leaders in order to ensure that there is a free flow of ideas and information across the business.

**Salary**: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
