**IMAGINE THE FUTURE WITH ENVALIOR**

As our Finance Controller at Envalior, you will need to maximize regional volume growth by driving project acquisition and project commercialization in India & South East Asia, and to drive bottom line growth by margin management and active product portfolio management in line with the global and regional business line strategy.

**The Key areas of accountability/responsibility**:

- Ensure the accuracy and integrity of financial statements and management reports, aligning with both Envalior's global standards and local regulations.
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards (Ind AS and IFRS).
- Lead the month-end and year-end close processes, ensuring timely and accurate reporting of financial results to stakeholders.
- Oversee compliances of legal entity including Statutory Audit, Internal Financial Control, Internal Audit, Tax Audit, Income Tax return, and Transfer Pricing requirements. Liaise with auditors (internal, statutory, tax) and coordinate audit schedules.
- Conduct detailed financial analysis, including price and budget variances, to identify areas for improvement and cost control measures.
- Oversee end-to-end accounting operations.
- Coordinate with Genpact (shared services) for bringing out efficiency in the existing process.
- Develop and implement robust financial controls, policies, and procedures to safeguard company assets and ensure compliance with IFRS, Indian accounting standards, tax laws, and regulation.
- Perform balance sheet monitoring i.e, financial variance analysis and understanding of open items.

**Requirements**:
The Financial Controller ensures accurate financial reporting, maintaining strong internal controls, assisting with audits,

and helping manage compliance. This role enables smooth month-end close, improves process efficiency, and provides

critical financial insights to support management decisions.

**Minimum 3 yrs of relevant experience required**

**Complete Charted Accountant qualification is mandatory.**
