**Title: Conference producers**

**Key Responsibilities**
- Conduct in-depth market research to identify industry trends, topics, and potential speakers.
- Develop and design conference agendas that attract senior-level professionals and align with event objectives.
- Secure high-profile speakers, moderators, and panelists through outreach and relationship management.
- Coordinate with sales, marketing, and operations teams to ensure smooth execution of conferences.
- Write compelling content for conference brochures, websites, and marketing campaigns.
- Manage speaker communications, briefing, and logistics before and during the event.
- Monitor and evaluate conference performance, gathering feedback for continuous improvement.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communications, Marketing, or a related field.
- Strong research and analytical skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
- Ability to work under tight deadlines and manage multiple projects.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
- Prior experience in conference production, content development, or events (preferred but not mandatory).

- Hyderpora, Srinagar, Jammu and Kashmir: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (preferred)
