You’ll be our: Retail Sales Coach

You’ll be based at : Chennai, TN - Zonal Location

You’ll be aligned with : Lead - Training & Knowledge Management

You’ll be joining our : Ownership Management

What you’ll do at Ather
- Executing OJT plan for new joiners in the Ather Experience Centers in assigned territory.
- Acting as a consultant to sales people and providing helpful advice on coping with job-related challenges.
- Collecting and sharing feedback on the OJT plan with leaders and other CX trainers.
- Adhering to the Process & SOP.
- Leading by example on Pitch, Objection handling & Conversion at the Retail Partner locations.
- Initiating the daily huddle model.
- Ensuring Ideal customer experience by each team member.
- Adhering to the OJT schedule and reporting the feedback with a CAPA.
- Recognizing Top Performers and sharing best practices.
- Identifying training gaps and bridge through enhanced content for future batches.

Here’s what we’re looking for
- 1 years of experience in handling customers at Retail Outlets and at least 6 months of experience in classroom training delivery.
- Excellent communication skills in English and one local language/ Hindi.
- Should love to interact with people. Should be able to identify gaps, guide and coach people based on his/her observations and SOPs.
- Thorough knowledge about sales and customer service operations at Dealerships.
- Understanding and the ability to groom customer facing teams of dealerships to enhance customer experience.
- Excellent presentation, and facilitation skills.
- Knowledge of tools such as Google Suites, CRM, DMS and Salesforce.
- This will be a traveling job including up to 20 days travel in a month.

- Must be a self-starter, well-organized, and able to manage multiple priorities with competing deadlines.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, patient & action-oriented.
- Strong skills in relationship building and interacting with people.
- An ability to pursue goals, take action, and multitask changing priorities.
- Any Graduation.
