_**Catering Supervisor**_

A **Catering Supervisor** plays a pivotal role in managing and coordinating catering services for events, restaurants, corporate setups, or institutions. This position involves overseeing the preparation, presentation, and service of food and beverages to ensure customer satisfaction and operational efficiency.

**Key Responsibilities**
- **Operations Management**:

- Oversee daily catering operations and ensure smooth execution of events.
- Supervise the preparation, presentation, and timely service of food and beverages.
- Monitor food safety and hygiene practices to comply with health regulations.
- **Team Supervision**:

- Train, schedule, and manage catering staff, including servers, chefs, and assistants.
- Delegate tasks and ensure staff meet quality and service standards.
- Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback.
- **Customer Service**:

- Coordinate with clients to understand their catering needs and preferences.
- Ensure customer satisfaction by addressing concerns promptly and professionally.
- Handle special dietary requests and customizations as needed.
- **Inventory and Budget Management**:

- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with suppliers for timely restocking.
- Manage budgets, control costs, and minimize wastage without compromising quality.
- Maintain records of orders, invoices, and expenses.
- **Event Planning and Coordination**:

- Collaborate with event organizers to design menus and plan service logistics.
- Ensure all aspects of catering, including table setup, decorations, and cleanup, are executed as per the client’s expectations.
- Handle last-minute changes or challenges during events.
- **Compliance and Safety**:

- Ensure adherence to food safety regulations and company policies.
- Conduct routine inspections of kitchen and service areas to maintain cleanliness and safety standards.

**Qualifications and Skills**
- Proven experience in catering, hospitality, or food service management.
- Strong leadership and team management abilities.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
- Exceptional communication and customer service skills.
- Knowledge of food safety standards and regulations.
- Budgeting and inventory management experience.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple events simultaneously.

**Preferred Education and Experience**
- Diploma or degree in Hospitality Management, Culinary Arts, or a related field.
- Certification in food safety or hygiene is a plus.
- Previous experience as a catering supervisor, manager, or similar role.

Pay: ₹55,000.00 - ₹65,000.00 per month
