**Job Summary**

**Requirements**:
Supervise daily production activities to ensure efficient and timely completion of production schedules.

Oversee and manage a team of production workers, providing guidance, training, and performance feedback.

Ensure all production operations comply with company policies, safety standards, and quality requirements.

Monitor production processes, identify bottlenecks, and implement solutions to optimize efficiency and productivity.

Coordinate with the planning and design teams to ensure accurate execution of product specifications.

Maintain accurate production records, inventory levels, and prepare reports on production activities.

Implement and maintain 5S and other lean manufacturing practices to enhance production processes.

Troubleshoot and resolve production issues in a timely manner.

Conduct regular inspections to ensure the quality of the final products meets the company's standards.

Promote a culture of safety, quality, and continuous improvement within the production team.

**Qualifications**:
High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor’s degree in Manufacturing, Industrial Engineering, or a related field is preferred.

Minimum of 2 years of experience in production supervision, preferably in the woodworking or furniture manufacturing industry.

Strong knowledge of woodworking techniques, tools, and machinery.

Proven experience in implementing lean manufacturing and continuous improvement methodologies.

Excellent leadership and team management skills with the ability to motivate and develop staff.

Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to make decisions under pressure.

Exceptional organizational and time management skills.

Proficiency in using production management software and Microsoft Office Suite.

Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.

Pay: ₹8,086.00 - ₹39,361.82 per month
